Douglas Lamp

Douglas completed his master's degree (M.A.) in Intercultural Studies of Fuller Seminary and holds a bachelor's degree in agronomy (B.S) of the University of Oregon in the USA. Together with his wife, Barbara Lamp, they are dedicated to forming mutual encouragement groups for pastors, leaders, and women in ministry. He has been a Sepal missionary since 2004.

Paul Degaspari

Paulo Degaspari holds a degree in Computer Science from UFSCar and Digital Media from the Portuguese University of São Paulo. He is a SEPAL missionary in digital training through the training of leaders in the area of communication. Together with his wife Adriana, he produces and maintains the Christian website irmaos.com which reaches more than 200,000 people per month worldwide through articles, news and podcasts and offers advice to leaders and churches in all areas involving the Ministry of Communication.

Ivone is the founder, along with her husband, of the Young Truth Mission.
She holds a master's degree in Theology, and has a degree in Letters. She is academic director of the Latin American College of Integral Theology (Flam), professor of Missiology and mentor of Youth.

Daniel de Almeida and Souza Junior
Rio de Janeiro
Daniel holds a degree in Theology from FTBSP; Master in Counseling by CPPGAJ (Mackenzie) and Residency in Hospital Chaplaincy by Baptist Medical Center (Jax, Florida). Over the course of 22 years, he pastored two churches: Philadelphia Baptist Church (RO) and II Baptist Church of Macaé (RJ). He currently serves as a Sepal missionary in its Deputy Directorate of Ministries, in addition to supporting the Brazilian Evangelical Christian Alliance in the Coordination of Urban Missions. He has been a SEPAL missionary since 2012.

Rubens holds a degree in theology from the Word of Life Bible Seminary, pedagogy from the Campos Salles School of Education and a Master's degree in Education from Mackenzie University.
He worked in the Area of Training through the Word of Life and Maranata Camps and the Word of Life Bible Seminary. Christian Education through the Pastoreio of Churches in São Paulo and Rio Grande do Norte where he implemented Christian Elementary and High Schools. In Fortaleza he directed kerigma college and taught at the University of Fortaleza.
